About
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Survey and Data Science (formerly Survey Methodology) at the University of Michigan and a maintainer of ASReview LAB, an open-source AI-based research software. I don’t like to call myself a “data scientist,” as data science is simply an inane rebrand of statistical and computational techniques applied to domain problems—nothing new for scientific research beyond the marketing hype.
